ML Accessible Caravan Term's and Condition's

Caravan rules 

  1. Maximum capacity is up to 6 people and 2 dogs. 
  2. Dogs must be booked in. 
  3. Please do not let dogs on the furniture, especially sofas and beds. 
  4. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. 
  5. Dogs must not be left alone in the property. 
  6. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive dog hair or if dogs have been in the bedrooms, or on a sofa, we will charge a £50 fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. 
  7. You are responsible for your dog’s. and you will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. 
  8. Damages and breakages – please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out. All we ask for is the item to be replaced  
  9. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of your stay, and you may be charged for any loss, damage, or extra cleaning costs. These are to be paid for in full within 7 days of notification. 
  10. All music or loud noise must be reduced after 11pm and before 8am. 
  11. Guests are asked not to smoke or vape inside the caravan.  
  12. Caravan must be left as you found. 
  13. Please be advised that no extra overnight visitors are allowed to stay at the property. 
  14. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age. 
  15. The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason. 
  16. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another  
  17. Please do not take any of the indoor furniture or bedlinen outside. 
  18. Please remove shoes before entering the house, if possible. 
  19. Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied. 
  20. Please make sure you switch off lights, heating, air conditioning or any electrical appliances when you go out. 
  21. The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. 
  22. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you. 
  23. All inventory must remain in the property and not be taken to another property. 
  24. You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party under the age of 18 at all times. 
  25. Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, fire pits, candles and portable BBQs are prohibited. 
  26. Check-out time is 11am  
  27. Your responsibilities are to empty bins, strip beds, clean dirty dishes before you leave  
  28. Any problem or complaint must be immediately reported directly to us to allow us the opportunity to resolve it. 
  29. This property is privately owned and is our holiday home. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with the same respect that they would with their own home.

Payment and cancellation  

  1. Payment Schedule Non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24hrs of receiving invoice. 
  2.  Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.  
  3. Payment Plan can be requested.  
  4. If arrival date is less then 8 weeks from booking date, full payment plus non-refundable deposit is required.  
  5. Cancellations must be in writing i.e. Text or email. 
  6. If you would like to amend date to another available date, this can be done, and payment will be amended. 
  7. If cancellation is required refund on any payment made (not including non-refundable deposit) up till 8 weeks before arrival date will be refunded.  
  8. If cancellation is required after the 8 weeks before the arrival date 50% of the booking cost will be refunded. 
  9. If cancellation is required after the 4 weeks before arrival date 0% will be refunded.  
  10. If your booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made to us for your holiday.
